For the first time in India’s history, a woman has been arrested for sexual harassment of another woman under Section 377 of IPC. If you remember, then the Supreme Court of India had reduced same-sex relations in the month of September last year.
The victim said that the accused used a belt to bind the artificial male reproductive organ on her waist and then forced her to take a * L * x.
The name of the accused is Shivani, now the Karkardooma Court has sent Tihar jail in judicial custody. The arrest has been made under section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and it has been charged under Section 377 of the IPC, under the provisions of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Law.
This case came for the first time in October last year when the police refused to register a case under section 377, which stated that a woman could not rape any other woman according to the provisions of the IPC.
The same-sex relationship can no longer be a crime, but the matter of consent is still a topic that needs to be debated. After the verdict, a senior government official has spoken to a news portal and said that Section 377 will only be effective in those cases which “no consensus falls under the category of unnatural S * X, including minorities” .
The victim, who is related to one of the Eastern Indian states, had come to Delhi for a job, but her bad times started in March 2018 when she quit her job to start her own business. He participated in a training session in Rajpura, Punjab, and was then asked to pay 1.5 lakh rupees for the investment, which his father had arranged with the loan. He was asked to look for partners at bus stops, railway stations and other public places. While looking for a partner, he met a man named Rohit who told him that he had worked in HCL and expressed his desire to invest in his business.
After this, the victim was taken to a flat in Dilshad Colony, where he attacked Rohit and his friend Rahul, and video was also made to blackmail him. First of all, they forced him to fulfill his demands and then he was sent to other customers. The accused girl always used to stay in the flat and sometimes she tried to come near the victim, but later she refused to obey her, for which she was beaten earlier.
The victim wants the second girl to be punished because when she was tied to bed, the accused was using a toy to prepare her personal share for the customers. The accused was not compelled to do anything; However, he was enjoying this horrible act.
Members of Paramjyoti Seva Foundation have played an important role in the release of the victim and both male accused have been arrested along with another fellow Sagar.
Earlier, the border police had refused to register a case against the accused woman because she was found at the place where the victim was held hostage for more than two months.
We request our readers, especially girls, that they do not rely on strangers and never go to their flat or houses.
